Bookings

All bookings are subject to availability and are only confirmed once agreed in writing.

We reserve the right to refuse a booking at our discretion.

Pricing and payment

Prices are agreed at the time of booking.

Any deposit or payment terms will be clearly communicated before confirmation. Final balances must be paid by the agreed date prior to the event unless otherwise stated.

Failure to make payment on time may result in cancellation.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us as soon as possible.

Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing. In some cases, cancellation fees may apply depending on how close the cancellation is to the event date.

Event requirements

You are responsible for ensuring suitable access, space and conditions for our mobile pizza setup.

We must be informed in advance of any restrictions, venue rules or access limitations that could affect service.

We operate in accordance with UK food hygiene and safety standards.

We reserve the right to stop service if conditions become unsafe for staff or guests.

Dough Brothers will not be held liable for delays or failure to perform services due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to severe weather, venue issues or power supply problems.

Our liability is limited to the value of the booking fee paid.
